Orders
When you place an order you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. We confirm orders by email.

Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates. We do our best to deliver on the day you choose. Someone must be available to receive fresh flowers.

Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal. If a stem is unavailable we may substitute with something similar in colour and value.

Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Refunds are handled by the florist according to their policy.
